Sweetie consulting was set up by Peta Sweet to provide expert facilitation, coaching and communication skills development services.

Peta's approach and expertise draws on over 15 years experience as a solicitor, journalist, charity chief executive, company director and communications consultant, working at a senior level across the private, public and third sectors.

Her style is facilitative, creative and consensual. With an approach based on generating and maintaining strong working partnerships to deliver tangible results for individuals and the organisations they work in. Her results-driven approach is tailored to the needs of each client and designed to allow individuals the real opportunity to develop and reach their potential.

She provides coaching to individuals, with a focus on helping to build individual strengths and expertise; enabling clients to really perform in their chosen role.

She also provides communication skills training to small groups through tailored workshops and group coaching.

Peta provides independent facilitation to groups in a range of organisations, in particular to encourage and support new ways of thinking and working on key issues or challenges.

She also facilitates action learning sets run as part of personal development programmes
