Peta provides communication skills development programmes to small groups through a process of training workshops and coaching.

Projects undertaken by Peta include:

- Devising and leading a campaign and skills training programme to implement change in employee's lives within communications agency Corporate Culture
- Working with the executive team at Resolution to develop individual presentation skills, building skill and confidence in making presentations to varied audiences
- Working with members of Resolution to develop training skills
- Part of the team developing a new experiential leadership programme for senior London leaders as an associate with Common Purpose
- Working as an associate with Forster , the UK's leading social change communications agency, on various stakeholder engagement projects, including:
- supporting delivery of the Department of Health's Alcohol Units campaign know your limits. Specifically, engagement with healthcare professionals; facilitating campaigning skills workshops regionally
  - delivering regional campaigning skills workshops for the Home Office FRANK drugs campaign
  - facilitating workshops to support regional teams working on mental health and sexual health issues
