Coaching is for anyone looking to achieve greater success and fulfilment. As a process, it provides individuals with a unique opportunity to review their values, skills, where they are as well as where they want to be; to challenge themselves and grow through those challenges and insights to really begin to fulfil their potential

Peta works with individuals in various environments, including professional practice, not-for profit agencies and public sector bodies, in particular helping to build on individual strengths and expertise so clients are better able to perform in their chosen roles.

Examples of Peta's coaching include:

- Working with individuals to support them through organisational or role change to ensure effective co-working, communication and ultimate delivery of key targets.
- Coaching individuals to help them in attaining specific results. Examples include leadership skills, time management skills and communication skills development, including as follow up to specific training for individuals needing additional one-to-one support or support for particular objectives (key client presentations, report writing, delivering training, conference speeches etc).
- Coaching to help individuals better understand and then build on their core skills, or to help them build confidence.

Peta's coaching practice is results driven and time sensitive. Her approach is practical and designed to work in partnership with clients to address core issues. Clients are actively challenged throughout the process, but in a constructive way that allows for reflection and growth. Clients are expected to commit to the process, which includes undertaking actions after each session. The preference is to work face-to-face with clients but coaching can also be undertaken over the phone.
